Cluster Manager and Program Coordinator Southern Highlands

We are looking for a Cluster Manager with accountability for managing 25 + staff overseeing 5 residential homes in the Southern Highlands region.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, your keys to success will be:

  • Experience in strategically managing and leading a program in a therapeutic environment
  • Experience in residential care for Youth with challenging behaviours
  • Understanding stages of adolescent development and mental health
  • Strong finance and organisation skills
  • Experience in developing relationships with a host of external bodies such as Juvenile Justice, DoCS, OCCG, The NSW Ombudsman, Police and Local Council

Or maybe, you are more suited to a Program Coordinator:

As a Program Coordinator, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in leadership and managing direct care staff.

You will be required to:

  • Manage and lead staff to achieve treatment milestones
  • Assist young people at risk to develop social skills and an education within a strength based framework
  • Coordinate the running of the house, shopping and planned activities
  • To be part of the ‘On Call’ system, providing after hours support

DONATIONS PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR 4 Days Per Week (option of 5 days when busy)

IMMEDIATE START

Youth Off The Streets’ Mission is helping disconnected young people to discover greatness within, by engaging, supporting & providing opportunities to encourage & facilitate positive life choices.

We are seeking a Donations Processing Administrator to record on the Raiser’s Edge Data System all donations to Youth Off The Streets and maintain the system to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing of donations into the database
  • Batching and receipting
  • Daily banking and cash handling
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, providing support to internal staff
  • Monthly income reconciliations for input into the accounting system
  • Monthly reporting
  • Maintenance of database
  • Liaising with donors and answering queries

You will have:

  • Experience in high volume data entry
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, along with an excellent eye for detail
  • Exceptional organisation/time management skills

Experience using a variety of computer systems, such as Raiser’s Edge, Excel and Crystal Reports, would be well regarded as well as experience in the NGO sector.

Current drivers licence desirable.
